Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Wholesale Parts Driver to deliver and pick up parts and equipment for the dealership while maintaining a clean, operable delivery truck. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and basic computer/calculator skills.

You will help organize routes, log deliveries, and support the parts department with customer and vendor interactions. Starting pay is $18–$19 per hour with a range of $18.87 to $32.27, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions/information.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use computer and calculator.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up parts as requested by Parts Manager.
• Load truck to prevent damage to parts and sheet metal.
• Organize and post delivery schedules for efficiency.
• Keep truck clean and in good running condition; check vehicle regularly.
• Report malfunctions of parts or vehicle to Parts Manager promptly.
• Assist in keeping parts department and area clean.
• Make pickups and deliveries safely; contact shipping department after stops.
• Pick up only parts with a purchase order on the invoice.
• Update delivery log after each delivery.
• Assist Parts Manager to identify potential clients and complete sales calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
