Job summary

A-Line Auto Parts in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to transport parts to customers and sometimes perform in-store duties. You will verify items against invoices, operate a company vehicle, and uphold courteous customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using delivery-tracking software, keeping equipment and work areas safe, and maintaining good attendance. A Texas driver’s license and the ability to pass background, drug, and physical exams are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Texas driver's license required.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle and meet driver requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against invoices and load/unload safely.
• Transport invoiced products to customers using dispatch software.
• Provide courteous customer service and represent the company positively.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report malfunctions.
• Maintain cash handling and be able to make change when needed.
• Maintain attendance and a clean, safe work area.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.
