Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and paperwork to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Daily contact with all departments to coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders at each pickup and complete all paperwork at delivery.
• Organize deliveries to maximize efficiency and maintain a delivery schedule with pick-up and delivery times.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fuel, oil, cleanliness, inspections).
• Occasionally stock and pull parts and assist at the parts counter.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver parts, equipment, and paperwork to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Daily contact will be with all departments to see what is needed and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
• You will verify invoices to purchase orders with each pickup. Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed at the time of delivery.
• The parts delivery driver organizes deliveries to maximize efficiency and maintains a schedule at the store that shows pick-up and delivery times.
• Responsible for basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including keeping the gas tank full, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections and service are completed.
• At times will work inside to stock and pull parts and assist at the parts counter.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the local area and efficient routes.
