Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus) and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math to perform calculations and work with different unit measures.
• Ability to engage customers, promote products, and identify customer needs.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, sharing insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock locations.
• Stock trucks, back stock and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
