O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments while ensuring safety and accuracy.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain equipment, process deliveries with handheld devices, and assist with returns and customer service as needed; you may also help with merchandising and basic store tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record meets company standards and you must have a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and secure.
• Manage money and COD payments securely.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to the store manager.
• Clock in/out according to policy.
• Assist with other duties such as stocking, merchandising, or cashier tasks as needed.
