Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver in Kentucky to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, promote sales and loyalty programs, and collect account information as part of daily routes.

You will build relationships with customers, upsell products, stock parts, and maintain clean and organized premises while meeting safety standards. Flexibility to work diverse shifts and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products while delivering parts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
