Job Description

The Branch Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the cluster’s full-year sales targets, focusing on brand new sales through cash and installment payments. Key duties include:

1. Coordinating with Customer Information (CI) regarding Customer Information Records (CIR).
2. Collecting pertinent customer information and valid requirements, assessing fraud risk based on submitted documents.
3. Encoding applications into the system.
4. Monitoring the end-to-end sales process, from encoding to CIR approval and unit release.
5. Overseeing unit testing before release.
6. Calculating the correct downpayment per unit acquired by customers.
7. Coordinating with the Customer Service and Operations Division (CSOD) regarding unit prices.
8. Following standard procedures based on company policies for all sales activities.
9. Providing timely sales reports to the Customer Care Hub (CCH) for monitoring sales target achievement.
10. Handling customer inquiries and providing essential product/unit details.
11. Recommending appropriate products/units based on customer usage purposes.
12. Assisting customers throughout the sales process.
13. Implementing marketing initiatives for motorcycles, including ensuring team compliance with promo guidelines and instructions from the head office.
14. Coordinating with the marketing team for all marketing programs and activities to ensure proper implementation in the area.
