Subaru of Flemington is seeking an energetic parts professional to join our growing team. You will oversee the parts sales process, assist customers, and ensure pricing aligns with estimates, bringing a positive impact to the shop and community.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures including discounts, commissions, and pricing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock with weekly bin checks.
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.

• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
