Job summary

Subaru of Flemington is seeking an energetic parts professional to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, answer calls with price quotes, and help ensure stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures and discounts.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks for stock accuracy.
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
