Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking an energetic parts professional to join a growing team. You will oversee the parts sales process, provide quotes, verify pricing against estimates, and ensure accurate stock and billing for service repairs.

A valid driver's license and prior parts experience are preferred. We offer hourly plus bonus pay, full-time hours, PTO and holidays, a 401(K) with company matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, advancement opportunities within the Ciocca

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures including discounts, commissions and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and information to customers.
• Verify parts orders align with shop estimates and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and maintain weekly stock checks.
• Route internal part requests for billing on service repair orders.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
