Job summary

Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is seeking a motivated parts professional to join our growing team. You will support the Parts Manager, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.

We value exceptional customer service, a clean driving record, and a track record of reliability. This full-time role offers PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in automotive parts management
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
• Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
