Ciocca Ford of Quakertown is looking for an energetic and motivated parts professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will assist the Parts Manager with inventory management and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• Work with Service Manager to ensure parts are available for repairs.
• Train and supervise all parts counter associates.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty and return procedures.
