Parts Counterperson – Campus Ford, Waynesboro, VA

Campus Ford is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team in Waynesboro, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional dealership environment where your skills and dedication will be valued and rewarded.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone

• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and purchases

• Accurately locate, order, and distribute parts from inventory

• Process returns efficiently and correctly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

• Occasionally deliver parts when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred

• Friendly and professional communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
