Job summary

Tri-County International Trucks in Michigan is hiring for a customer-focused parts counter role. You will assist customers and service technicians with part needs, work toward sales goals, stock shelves, and manage parts shipping and receiving.

You will also handle calls, keep showroom displays current, and stay updated on new products and promotions. A high school diploma is required, with some college coursework preferred and at least two years of related experience, especially with

• Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, some college-level coursework preferred.
• With at least two years of work-related experience, and medium/heavy-duty truck experience preferred.

• Assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs, achieving assigned sales goals, stocking shelves, checking in and shipping parts to customers, and maintaining core control.
• Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, assist in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area, and catalogs, etc., and keep current with new products and promotions.
