Job summary

Valdosta Nissan is seeking a Parts Sales Associate to support our service team and customers. You will identify parts needs, invoice sales, and upsell parts to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required, with a professional appearance and reliable work ethic expected.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with auto parts sales preferred.
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and greatwork ethic.
  • Proficient computer skills preferred.
  • Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the parts sales process, identifying customer parts needs and invoicing accordingly.
  • Upsell parts and components to consumers appropriately.
  • Identify, locate/ order and dispatch parts as needed by Technicians.
  • Works with parts manager to control and maintain parts inventory.
  • Communicates with vendors.
  • Communicates with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notifies them upon delivery to the dealership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to independently maneuver parts up to 40 lbs.
  • Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
