Job summary

RWC Group in Tacoma, WA is hiring an Inside Parts Sales Counterperson to be the face of our parts department. You’ll help customers find the right parts, process orders, and support inventory and pricing accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, strong communication, and building relationships with repeat customers. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but we train motivated candidates. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts, truck parts, or dealership counter sales.
• Familiar with DMS or other parts system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills (Spanish speaking a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with inventory/ordering systems.
• Drive, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Valid driver's license.

About the Role

We're hiring an Inside Parts Sales Counterperson to be the face of our parts department. You'll help customers find the right parts, process orders, manage inquiries, and keep our Parts Counter running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your product knowledge and communication skills directly impact customer satisfaction.
