Job summary

Andy Mohr Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Counterperson to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing. You will collaborate with the parts manager to locate out‑of‑stock items and process special order requests for customers in a fast‑paced environment.

You will inform customers about order status, assist the service department with parts inquiries, and maintain professional communication with staff and customers while adhering to safety policies and local

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds applications preferred.
• Experience with auto parts sales preferred.
• People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with computer skills preferred.
• Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.
