Job summary

Ford-of-Dalto is seeking a Parts Counter Person to service customers and drive retail sales in an auto parts store. You will manage the sales process from start to finish, assist the parts manager in locating items not in stock, and handle special order requests with clear communication to customers.

The role requires knowledge of automobiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify parts problems quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
