Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Glendale, MO is hiring a Parts Counterperson to join our high-volume parts department. The role focuses on assisting retail and wholesale customers, locating and dispatching parts, and ensuring accurate billing and returns.

We seek strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a valid driver’s license, and at least 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience (Chrysler/FCA preferred).

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)


• Schedule: Monday - Friday


• Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., including an hour lunch break


• Union Position: Local Union #618

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter


• Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts


• Communicate clearly with service writers, managers, and technicians


• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person


• Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns


• Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy
