Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter.
• Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts.
• Communicate clearly with service writers, managers, and technicians.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person; accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns.
• Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., including an hour lunch break
• Union Position: Local Union #618

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter
