Toyota of Hernando is seeking a Parts Counter Associate who helps customers and technicians find the right parts quickly and accurately. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and exceptional service to keep guests on the road.

No specific dealership experience is required, but prior parts counter or dealership exposure is a plus. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required. We offer a five-day work week, paid vacation, and great benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior parts counter or dealership experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Help every customer at the counter and on the phone find the right part, the first time.
• Keep technicians moving by pulling and filling orders quickly and accurately.
• Track down hard-to-find parts and follow through until they arrive.
• Keep service advisors and customers informed when their parts are in.
• Take pride in an organized counter and a well-stocked parts department.
