Job summary

Jeff Wyler CDJR of Ft Thomas is looking for an Experienced Parts Counterperson to look up and hand out parts for technicians and customers, using electronic catalogs and websites to source parts and information.

You will create invoices, collect payments, and provide pricing and availability to the service department and customers while meeting sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. A base + commission plan applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership or automotive environment is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in inventory control and accurate parts sourcing
• Excellent written and verbal communication; phone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Look up and hand out parts for technicians and customers using electronic catalogs
• Create invoices and collect payment
• Source parts from manufacturers and suppliers and provide pricing/availability
• Order parts and ship as needed; receive and stock inventory
• Maintain a clean, orderly parts department and support service staff
