Job summary

Gateway Truck & Refrigeration in Nashville, TN is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Associate. You will provide exemplary service to in-person and phone customers, using knowledge of replacement parts and systems to answer questions and resolve issues.

You will support inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment with a team-oriented approach. The role requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and over the phone.
• Answer and resolve questions using parts and systems knowledge.
• Promote merchandising specials and product line awareness.
• Assist in warehouse and vehicle inventory counts and adjustments.
• Partner with Sales and Service to fulfill orders.
• Assist in parts display merchandising and shipping/receiving.
