The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. The role focuses on selling parts to customers, providing professional service, and maintaining accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include answering phones, processing orders, handling payments, and supporting the back counter when needed. This position requires a high school diploma and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in a related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Answer Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check-In freight and stock shelves as needed.
• Stay up to date on training, product knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales for questions and orders.
• Keep parts shelves clean and organized.
• Receive payment on all cash tickets.
• Support Back Parts Counter when needed.
