The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to support customers with parts needs and provide professional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling phone calls, orders, and payments while maintaining accurate inventory and friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

This safety-sensitive role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement. Prior parts or automotive industry experience is preferred and training will be provided to ensure top-notch

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check-in freight and stock shelves.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service.
• Assist Outside Sales with questions and orders.
• Keep parts shelves clean and organized.
• Receive payment on cash tickets.
• Support Back Parts Counter when busy or staff is absent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Parts Counterperson is to sell parts to TLG customers. The Parts Counterperson is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and ensures proper service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for answering Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check-In freight and stock shelves as needed.
• Stays up to date on all training available, specifically product knowledge and customer service.
• Works with Outside Sales employees with questions and orders.
• Keeps parts shelves clean and organized.
• Responsible for receiving payment on all cash tickets.
• Responsible for supporting the Back Parts Counter when customer load requires or when an employee is absent.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Should possess a High School Diploma.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.
