The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team. You will sell parts to TLG customers, provide courteous service, and ensure accurate handling of transactions.

Responsibilities include answering calls, placing orders, checking in freight, and keeping shelves organized. This is a safety-sensitive position with opportunities for advancement and solid benefits in Missouri.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in a related field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Answer Parts Department phone calls.
• Place parts orders as needed.
• Check-in freight and stock shelves.
• Stay up to date on training, especially product knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales on questions and orders.
• Keep parts shelves clean and organized.
• Receive payment on all cash tickets.
• Support Back Parts Counter when needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
