Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist retail customers and service technicians with their parts needs.
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate parts not in stock.
• Complete special-order part requests for customers.
• Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and status.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming parts.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory.
• Make parts deliveries and pick up parts from vendors and other locations.
• Communicate with staff, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep the Parts Department organized and clean.
• Follow all safety policies and procedural guidelines.
• Comply with applicable regulations; perform other duties as needed.
