In this crucial role, you will determine parts necessary for customer requests or requirements, provide quotes and suggest companion items. If you have excellent customer service and selling experience or prior work history in a truck/auto environment, a positive attitude and a strong desire for success, we want to talk with you! • Inform customers of companion part requirements
• Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogs
• Provide price quotes and availability of product
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products we sell
• Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-in

• Assist customers in determining parts needed
• Inform customers of companion part requirements
• Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogs
• Provide price quotes and availability of product
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products we sell
• Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-in

Qualifications:

• Must be highly focused on providing an industry-leading customer experience
• Knowledge of CDK, Volvo, Mack, Hino and Cummins parts ordering systems helpful
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Dealership parts sales experience is helpful
• Work well with others
• Sales background is desired
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and grow with the company
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent computer skills necessary
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, & drug screen required
