In this crucial role, you will determine parts necessary for customer requests or requirements, provide quotes and suggest companion items.   • Inform customers of companion part requirements
  • Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogs
  • Provide price quotes and availability of product
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products we sell
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-in
  • Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers

  • Assist customers in determining parts needed
  • Inform customers of companion part requirements
  • Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalogs
  • Provide price quotes and availability of product
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products we sell
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-in
  • Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers


Qualifications:

  • Must be highly focused on providing an industry-leading customer experience
  • Knowledge of CDK, Volvo, Mack, Hino and Cummins parts ordering systems helpful
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Dealership parts sales experience is helpful
  • Work well with others
  • Sales background is desired
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills necessary
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR, & drug screen required
