Qualifications

• Effective selling skills, especially in offering complete job solutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in purchasing parts.
• Provide tailored support for urgent needs.
• Use systems to locate parts and ensure accurate orders.
• Record sales transactions and maintain inventory.
• Support service technicians by supplying required parts.
• Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.
• Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.
• Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in‑stock orders.
• Help with internal Service and Sales administration when applicable.
• Foster long‑term relationships—make every customer “A Customer for Life.”
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch.

We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Richmond, IN. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Greet and assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct parts for agricultural and lawn/garden equipment.
• Provide tailored support for urgent needs, including machine-down situations and parts stocking programs.
• Use systems like IntelliDealer and Parts Lookup to locate parts and ensure accurate order processing.
• Record sales transactions and maintain up-to-date bin inventory records.
• Help maintain an organized and well‑merchandised parts display area.
• Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.
• Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.
• Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in‑stock orders.
