Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parts identification and purchasing.
• Provide support for urgent needs in machine-down situations.
• Use systems to locate parts and ensure accurate order processing.
• Record sales transactions and maintain up-to-date bin inventory records.
• Help maintain an organized and well-merchandised parts display area.
• Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.
• Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.
• Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in-stock orders.
• Help with internal Service and Sales administration when applicable.
• Foster long-term relationships—make every customer “A Customer for Life.”
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch.

We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Oxford, OH.
