The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, basic knowledge of automotive terminology, and the ability to use computerized parts ordering and inventory systems.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technicians, service advisors and customers seeking automotive parts and accessories, delivering exceptional service and helping to maintain an efficient parts inventory. Your expertise and friendly approach will ensure customer satisfaction and support the overall success of our dealership.
