Job summary

S & L Motors is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team at the Pulaski, WI area. You will be the primary contact for technicians, service advisors and customers for parts and accessories, delivering exceptional service and supporting efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, maintaining part knowledge, managing stock, handling returns and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized parts ordering and inventory systems.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and parts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying and locating parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the parts counter.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and inventory.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking parts.
