Fenix Parts is seeking a Front Counter Automotive Parts Salesperson for its Indianapolis, IN location. You will serve as the liaison between customers and sales staff, handling quotes, orders, and pickups with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of sales/customer service, strong math skills, and proficient MS Office use. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; in-person duties include payment processing and CRM familiarity.

Position Overview

Automotive Parts Front Counter Salesperson - You will serve as the critical liaison between customers and sales associates, ensuring seamless customer interactions and transactions at the front counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all customer interactions at the front counter, providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating pick‑ups for walk‑in customers.
• Handle automated orders through various platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers picking up and returning parts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Accept payments using a variety of methods and maintain a balanced accounting sheet throughout the day.

Requirements
