Qualifications

• Experience in a parts department is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers and mechanics to fill parts requirements.
• Prepares invoices for over-the-counter sales and house requisitions.
• Maintains stock levels, receiving/shipping parts, and local purchase orders.
• Assists outside salespeople to meet customer parts needs and satisfaction.
• Keeps the parts area and warehouse neat and organized.
