Allstate Peterbilt Group in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to assist customers and mechanics in securing needed parts and supplies, and to drive monthly sales and gross profit. The role involves stocking, invoicing, price-book updates, and collaboration with outside sales to fulfill customer requirements.

The position requires attention to inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and excellent customer service. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Assists customers and mechanics in securing parts and supplies.
• Aims to meet monthly sales and gross profit forecasts and to solicit parts sales.
• Maintains stock levels and pricing books; processes invoices and requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Works with customers and mechanics to fill parts requirements.
• Prepares invoices for over-the-counter sales and shop requisitions.
• Maintains stock levels, receives and ships parts, and processes local purchase orders.
• Collaborates with outside sales staff to satisfy customer needs and maximize satisfaction.
• Keeps customer parts area tidy and updates master parts and price books.
• Enters lost sales into the inventory system to maintain proper levels.
• Prepares information for the Parts Manager on inventory needs.
• Operates terminal software and related equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
