Job summary

Allstate Peterbilt of Eau Claire is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to assist customers and shop personnel in securing needed parts and supplies, and to help meet monthly sales and gross profit forecasts.

The role involves invoicing counter sales, maintaining stock, coordinating with outside sales, keeping the parts area organized, updating price books, and supporting inventory control. Shift is Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and mechanics in securing required parts and supplies
• Prepare invoices for over-the-counter sales and shop requisitions
• Maintain stock levels, receive and ship parts, and issue local purchase orders
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet customer parts needs
• Maintain neat parts area and update price books
• Enter lost sales into the inventory system
• Prepare information for Parts Manager on inventory requirements
• Operate terminal and related equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
