RideNow Powersports in Jacksonville is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to help customers and technicians identify the right parts and to provide top-tier service. The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will handle inventory, stock displays, and communicate order status to customers, with a commission-based pay structure and standard benefits. This full-time, on-site position offers growth opportunities within a dynamic dealership environment.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in parts retail; dealership experience preferred
• Familiar with CDK or Lightspeed POS software
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Enter and manage customer and inventory information
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain clean, well-organized displays
• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction
