Job summary

Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Sales Associate to sell parts and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, sales ability, and excellent customer service skills.

The role involves serving as the liaison to customers, maintaining accurate tickets, and collaborating with the Parts and Service Team to meet Bowser standards. Safety procedures are required and ongoing duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A Valid PA Driver's License in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong phone and email skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the public relations liaison for the dealership when servicing customers.
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge.
• Accurately prepare parts counter tickets.
• Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers are served in accordance with Bowser customer service standards.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with the Parts and Service Team.
• Verify with customers if delivery time of non-stock items meets their needs prior to placing an order.
• Review special orders and special pricing with Parts Manager.
• Deliver parts when necessary.
• Advise Parts Manager and Accounting of any changes in customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures outlined in the Bowser Employee Handbook.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
