• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in customer service is essential.

Nucar Toyota of Norwood is looking to add Parts Counter sales personnel to our team!

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to lift heavy items (50Lbs)
• Assist customers with correctly identifying and ordering parts
• Maintain inventory, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
• Assist with checking in and stocking nightly customer and stock orders
• Great communication skills relaying information to service department and customers regarding backorders and unexpected delays with part orders

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Parts department experience a plus, but not required
• CDK experience is a plus, but not required.
