Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone.
• Conduct sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upsell companion parts and specials to customers.
• Make outbound sales calls to targeted accounts.
• Prepare parts orders from stock for accurate fulfillment.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
• Customer-focused service approach
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between in-person customers and those on the phone
• High school diploma
