Job summary

Nextran Corporation, a network of commercial truck dealerships, is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the front counter and by phone, process sales, and upsell related parts and specials.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in parts counter sales or related sales/industry experience, with Automotive industry experience preferred and MS Office proficiency.

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front parts counter and over the phone.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
