Job summary

BMW Service Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Back Parts Counter Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will provide sales assistance, ensure parts availability for Service Technicians, and interact with retail and wholesale customers to fulfill parts orders.

Qualifications

The Back Parts Counter Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy. You will act as the primary interface with retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees to sell the required parts and accessories.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or the equivalent and one-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of one year's experience working in the service drive or at an auto parts retailer or wholesaler.
