Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Associate for our MDCJR dealership in Bowling Green, KY. The role involves assisting customers, selecting parts, and managing daily inventory and orders. Strong parts knowledge and motorcycle familiarity help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include stock pulling, order setup for shipments, price quotes, and ensuring accurate cash handling. We value organization, reliability, and teamwork across departments.

Qualificações

• Must have some parts knowledge/experience.
• Knowledge and experience with servicing motorcycles.
• Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts and cross-sell related items.
• Pull purchased parts from stock and check availability for out-of-stock items.
• Handle customer calls, provide price quotes, and capture contact details.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of parts department.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory and verify against PO.
