Job summary

Responsibilities include identifying required parts with customers and technicians, looking up records, processing catalog requests, answering calls with exceptional service, and keeping displays organized while updating customers on orders.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Process catalog requests.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
• Receive and account for all incoming parts.
• Provide cost of parts for customers
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
• Other duties as assigned
