Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter.
• Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts.
• Communicate with service writers, managers, and technicians.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns.
• Help manage inventory and support inventory accuracy.
