• Knowledge of automotive parts and their applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the parts counter and advise on parts selection.
• Process phone inquiries and provide information on parts availability and pricing.
• Accurately process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and service technicians.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain records of parts shipments.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
