Ed Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson for our Parts Department. The role serves as the primary contact between customers and parts team, with emphasis on accurate order processing and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, customer-facing role.
• Experience in a Parts Department is preferred.
• Good communication skills and patience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all parts orders.
• Understand and control parts inventory.
• Create bin locations for new stock.
• Notify customers on parts arrival.
• Notify of shortages and damage discrepancies.
• Process accessories and shelve them.
• Prepare items for returns and shipping.
• Separate orders for each dealership.
• Deliver parts to a second location and keep things neat and orderly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
