Rockland Cjd Llc is seeking a full-time Parts Advisor/Parts Counter Person to join our service team in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will help customers, process parts orders, and support technicians while maintaining organized inventory.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in automotive parts, is computer literate, and can work evenings or Saturdays. A valid driver’s license with minimal points completes the profile for this role in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive parts experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license with few points on record.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves and assist retail customers and technicians.
• Answer phones and support parts inventory through bin counts.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of parts.
• Keep department neat, organized and clean.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Parts Advisor Duties

Include but are not limited to:

• Order, receive, and bill all parts
• Maintain proper storage of parts
• Stock shelves
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
• Pick-up and delivery of parts
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
• Maintain a superior level of customer service
• Other duties as directed by management

Automotive Parts Counter Qualifications:

• Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
• One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is required, either from a retail parts outlet or a dealership setting.
• Must be computer literate
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays
• Must have a valid driver's license and few to no points on driving record.
