Duties Include:

• Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
• Process credit returns in a timely and orderly manner (within 48 hours)
• Inspect sheet metal and similar items before leaving the dealership
• Inspect returns as per policy
• Access, look up, price, and order parts
• Maintain inventory and order logs
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience with the latest automotive technologies and problem-solving skills
• Previous automotive dealership parts counter or advisor experience (minimum 3-6 months)
• Brand-specific parts experience is a plus
• People skills and a friendly personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented, flexible, and customer service focused
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
