Shelor Motor Mile Inc. is hiring a Parts Counter Person in Christiansburg, VA to be the face of our parts department. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, recommending the correct parts and ensuring orders are entered accurately.

As a Parts Counter Person, you'll be the face of our company for customers seeking the right parts for their vehicles. You'll build rapport with customers over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met and they leave satisfied. Your ability to follow established processes and leverage your knowledge of automobile parts will be crucial to your success.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional Customer Service: You're committed to going above and beyond for every customer, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Clear Communication: You're able to effectively communicate information about parts and accessories, both verbally and in writing.
• Organizational Prowess: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer Savvy: You're comfortable with basic computer skills, including data entry and order processing.
• Automotive Knowledge: A basic understanding of automobile parts is preferred, but we're willing to train the right individual.
• Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
